Why write?
Because most content about AI today falls into one of two categories: oversold promises from vendors, and opinions from people who have never deployed an agent in production. We have. EasyReza has been running in production for over a year. We know what it costs to ship, maintain, monitor, and respond when something breaks at 11 pm on a Saturday night.
This journal will share what we learn along the way.
